Under this Centralized Public Grievance Redressal and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS), the public grievances received from various authorities are scrutinise and follow up action is taken up for redressal of the grievances. General Administration Department has created subordinate organisation under its control for vigorous implementations of the CPGRAMS at the subordinate organisation level. The chief secretary Assam reviews the status of the implementation of the CPGRAM time to time. At the districts and sub divisional level organisation one Nodal public grievance officer is entrusted to look after the grievances.
